The Foundation was incorporated with the SEC
on June 17, 2009, but has been informally
functioning since September 1995.

The Board of Trustees and volunteers are
composed of reputable professionals from
different fields, who voluntarily lend their
expertise in management and administration of
the corporation.

Although officially incorporated only in 2009, the
Foundation—since 1995, has been engaging in
activities that magnify and glorify God by rendering
service to the marginalized sectors of society
regardless of creed or faith, political persuasion, by
way of evangelical activities, medical missions,
community-development projects and livelihood
programs for indigent communities and indigenous
groups.
